What to do if you don't like an item? Don't worry! just follow these rules.

Read through our policy, then fill out our Return/Exchange Request form below

Return Policy
-You have 5 days after you have received your item to submit the return form below, and 5 more days to get the item back to us. You are responsible to pay for shipping to get the item back to us. There will be a $3 restocking fee once we receive your return, which will be deducted from your return. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, in NEW RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. If the return window has passed or you decide you don't want to return you are more then welcome to post for sale on our BST group but you are no longer eligible for a return.
-If you used a coupon on the order thats being returned, you will not be refunded for your coupon. 

-Gracie Mae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

-We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

-Any packages sent without proper postage will not be accepted.

If your item comes and is damaged in anyway please email us within 5 days of receiving your item with pictures at shopgraciemae@gmail.com
